Let me just say that this establishment is now one of my favorite. I love how they open the wimdow to serve your food. This place is Horribly Addicting, if it's not on your list to go, it should be now, this is coming from someone who didn't like Ramen much, but when I saw that they offer Black Garlic Sauce changed the game ! The wife and I will have this craving on these cold raining days. Love it, Thank You

Amazing, of course. This place is much smaller than the one in Long Beach. They have little windows that connect to the kitchen where they serve you. Crispy Chicken, and Pork Buns are always a must. Skip their Poke, there's better things to enjoy.

Pleasantly surprised, as the enclave doesn't exactly scream "top notch ramen". But this place was really good. Went on a Monday, no wait.

Placed in a newly renovated plaza wedged between two old school office commercial building, you can find this authentic Japanese ramen restaurant with an interesting layout. Unlike your typical restaurants, HiroNoris seats surround the kitchen where they serve your food via a small window. They have both single diner booths and table seatings. The settings is intimate due to the spacing which is a nice plus. The food is authentic in my opinion where the Tonkotsu broth is creamy and the ramen noodle has that nice bouncy texture. The karaage is fried to the perfect crispyness. Pro tip: ask for the complimentary garlic and house spicy sauce on the side. Overall, it was a good dining experience. The service was fast and friendly. There's plenty of free parking in the lot. The food leans on the more expensive side as this is a tip free restaurant and automatic 16% service fee is included. Expect to pay 25-30 per person. I would be returning and I recommend the spot!

I visited this 5-star ramen-ya with my wife. We decided to pick up ramen and chicken with rice since we didn't have time to sit down. But when walking in we were greeted by a friendly and smiling staff. The interior design is cozy, warm, and inviting. It is also very clean and neatly organized. The menu is not overwhelming and has great options including vegetarian options and even chicken for people who don’t eat pork like us. Once we arrived home we could easily warm up the food in a convenient packaging. The flavors were extremely rich and satisfying. The broth, noodles, and other ingredients were fresh and delicious. Chefs Hiro and Nori know their craft and have perfected the recipe for authentic Japanese ramen! we highly recommend this place who are looking to enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine or just explore new tastes!

My partner got the Tonkotsu Ramen and I got the Spicy Cold Dipping Noodle, then we split the eel tempura dumplings. The tonkotsu had a very creamy broth that was great for the cold weather (eating this during the winter). The Spicy Cold Dipping Noodles tasted great, definitely a more unique noodle that I wanted to try finally. Had a great subtle spicy that added to the noodles as you ate them. Speaking of the noodles we got the thick noodles which were just perfect. Serving size was rather large compared to other ramen shops so that's a big plus. We will definitely be coming back!

I don't know how I survived all these years ordering Tonkotsu Ramen until coming to this place. Exceptional taste doesn't even come near it. Give this hole-in-wall a Michelin star just for the tastiest Tonkotsu Ramen in Southern California. You won't be sorry you trekked here to try it!

I was really pleasantly surprised with the delightful experience and happy with the delicious food. The only cautionary note is the potential long wait and the remedy is to definitely pre-register ahead of time. All of the tables are placed around the kitchen, with a window into the busy actions of the kitchen. Ordering and serving are done through the kitchen window. It was quite a fun and refreshing experience. The ramen were done perfectly, soup wasn’t too salty. I had the tonkatsu soup, it was thick and tasty with body and substance, but it wasn’t oily nor too salty. I finished the noodles and asked to bring home the soup. It was great with Nioguri instant noodles as wel We noticed that many people didn’t wanted to wait and ordered Togo, probably eating at the tables outside, it won’t beat the full experience but could be a feasible option if the wait is too long.
